3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, under written agreements (Data Processing Agreements) that bind them to GDPR-compliant handling:
- POLIURS Ltd. — Saules 8, Ozolnieki, LV-3018, Latvia. The manufacturer of the pre-insulated pipe systems presented on this website. We share your contact details (name, company, email, phone, country) and the content of your enquiry (project description, technical requirements, expected timeline) so that POLIURS can prepare technical proposals, issue commercial offers, manufacture to specification, and fulfil any contract. POLIURS acts as a separate data controller for any further processing it carries out (e.g. customer-relationship management, after-sales support, warranty handling). As a Latvian company, POLIURS is subject to GDPR and supervised by the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija). The two companies have a written data-sharing arrangement that defines respective responsibilities under Article 26 / Article 28 GDPR, as appropriate to the context of each data flow.
