FORTUNE MOLECULE, LDA. acts as data controller for personal data processed through this website on behalf of POLIURS Ltd. (Latvia) for the Iberian market and Spanish-speaking territories.
Data sharing with POLIURS Ltd. (Latvia) When you contact us about pre-insulated pipe systems, your personal data and the content of your enquiry will be shared with POLIURS Ltd. (Saules 8, Ozolnieki, LV-3018, Latvia) — the manufacturer of the products presented on this website. This sharing is necessary so that POLIURS can prepare technical proposals, issue commercial offers, manufacture products to your specifications, and fulfil any contract you sign.

Both companies are established in EU member states (Portugal and Latvia respectively) and are bound by the GDPR. We notify supervisory authorities of qualifying personal data breaches within 72 hours of becoming aware, in accordance with Article 33 GDPR.

This website is intended for business professionals (engineers, procurement, public authorities). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact gdpr@fortunemolecule.com and we will delete it.
